ODLP

Open Door Life/Work Programme is for parents and carers with young children who need a sense of direction in terms of career, training or general life choices.

ODLP focuses on the central idea of avoiding a life or career that is unfulfilling and unsatisfactory.

It provides the opportunity for parents/carers to assume occupational roles through group discussions, role play, and so on. They will also discover how to evaluate career options, make career choices, as well as discover the connection between education, income and job satisfaction. It is about having the opportunity to access tools that will make the overall life journey both profitable and rewarding, as someone once said, ‘it is not the number of years you live that matters most, but the amount of life in those years’

What Our Client Says

Some feedback from our students and clients:

    Unconscious Biased Training

    Participant

The training help me to understand that we are all biased without knowing it. I learnt that being biased doesn’t mean I’m bad, so I don’t feel guilty.
